A massive Full Tang blade, the Alligator is made of Sandvik 14C28N Stainlees Steel. One of the best-balanced steels available is Sandvik 14C28N, which delivers outstanding hardness and edge retention together with a high degree of corrosion resistance. Any work you throw at the harpoon profile blade is a good fit for it. The knife comes with a nice contoured egonomic handle made of G10 and is available in several color options.
